Olisal.com is a project born from the passion for olive oil of two teams, two companies devoted to completely different activities, which had pooled efforts to launch this common project.

Oli Sal is a 5 year-old project. It is an olive oil boutique, in which the widest variety and selection of extra virgin olive oil has the leading role. For Oli Sal, the aim is to create a boutique specialised in the sale of upmarket extra virgin olive oils (EVOO) at all prices, a boutique in which this products are presented in an attractive and customized way and, at the same time, a place where to find out information on olive oil and where to buy everything related to the world of olive oil (books, oils, tasting workshops). It has become a place for the dissemination of this new culture, where lectures, presentations of oils and books, among others, can be held.

In Spain there are 34 protected designations of origin (DOP), apart from the high quality products that are included within any DO. The contrast of flavours which results of the different varieties of olives and the different geographical areas must have recognition in the form of presenting the products at the point of sale and in the way it is sold. With the aim of conveying all of this to the network, Oli Sal and Anfibic have joined forces to create this project.

Anfibic is a seven-year-old company devoted to the development of Internet projects. Thanks to the experience acquired in the online wine store decantalo.com, this company has committed itself to this new initiative. The slogan is to always put the user's expectations first. Therefore, from the outset, the intention was to provide the tools necessary for you to enjoy olive oil as much as we do.

In olisal.com we will try to always inform you on the latest news, to present you special bottles and to provide the maximum information and all the necessary tools to enjoy together the fascinating world of olive oil. In this vein, we appreciate any comments that may help us to improve day by day.
