1. Nature of the agreement
Under this contract, Olisal (BOUIRATA, S.L., with fiscal identity number B-64246739 and registered office at c/Ferrer i Guàrdia, 8 08328 - ALELLA, and registered in the Trade Registry of Barcelona in the Book 38704, File 0202, Sheet 332378, with inscription number 1) sells to the customer (any person or entity with whom Olisal signs a sales agreement regarding a product included in its catalogue) and this customer buys from Olisal the product specified in the invoice. The term "agreement" stands for all operation that is implemented by this document. The term “product” stands for the goods that are the subject of the contract.
2. Availability and prices
The data that appear in our database correspond to products that have at some moment been included in our catalogue. We take no responsibility for any typographic or arithmetic error that could occur in our web page. Although Olisal has more than 90% of the products in its catalogue in stock, it is not possible to offer a complete guarantee of availability of stocks at the time of purchase. In the event that a product is not available, it will be replaced by a similar one.
3. Shipment
The delivery expenses will be added to the total price.
4. Payment
With regard to deliveries, payment will be made in one of the forms stated below, to be chosen by the buyer: bank transfer, online credit card payment or payment via Paypal.
Decántalo will send the relevant invoice to the client digitally via email and printed along with the order. Credit card charges will be made at the time of purchase.
5. Cancelations and refunds
Orders can be cancelled without any charge until the moment when the shipment is made. If a notice of cancellation is received once the package has already been shipped it will be considered as a return. Returns can be made up to 7 days after receiving the product. Shipping charges are paid by the customer. The cost of the purchase will not be refunded, but can be used in another purchase.
Those returns resulting from an error made by Olisal or from product defects are excluded from this case. In this case, OLISAL will replace the defective product with one that is the same and cover the cost of the return postage and shipping. 6. Security and confidentiality
In compliance with the provisions of the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, from the time a customer places an order, her/his personal data, address and information related to the payment, are incorporated into our database and used solely to process the order and send information on offers and services that may be of interest to our customers. Olisal ensures the confidentiality of data provided by our customers as the personal data requested are always only those strictly necessary.
Olisal agrees not to use this information for any means other than those already agreed and not to sell or transfer it to third parties under any circumstances. Olisal.es customers can at any time demand their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and complaint, by stating it in writing to our email address info@olisal.com.
