Information on the shipping cost and conditions, the countries where we can ship your purchase and the transit time.

  • How much is the shipment?

    Transport costs are different depending on the destination and the weight of the shipment. Prices are optimised for 5 kg stretches. Due to the wide amount of products in our website we cannot provide a price scale, therefore, we suggest that you add the products you are interested in to the shopping basket and that you select the destiny in the first purchase stage. You will then be provided with the exact price of shipping the products selected.

  • Oil is very fragile, how do you deliver it safely?

    At Olisal.com we love olive oil and we understand just how important and delicate it is to transport. That's why we created special reinforced cardboard boxes with an interior cardboard bottle sleeve that creates air chambers between the bottles to prevent contact breakage.

  • Who will handle the delivery?

    We work with several transport suppliers: SEUR, UPS, TNT and DPD. Depending on the number of bottles ordered and the address where they must be delivered your order will be handled by one supplier or another. All of the are worthy of our trust and have passed our quality controls to ensure the lowest number of breakage.
    We currently offer road shipment services only to ensure the safety of the goods, since air transport increases the chances of breakage.

  • How long does it take to receive the order?

    The transit time changes according to the delivery address. Please take into account that the orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will not be shipped until Monday. Please find below the transit time according to the destination:
    Spanish Peninsula (main cities: Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, etc…): If the order is placed before 3 pm from Monday to Friday, it will be delivered on the next working day.
    Spanish Peninsula (any other municipality): If the order is placed before 3 pm from Monday to Friday, it will be delivered in 48-72 horas, excluding Saturday and Sunday.
    Spain Balearic Islands: Your order will be delivered in 3 working days from the moment in which your order was placed, excepting Saturday and Sunday.
    International orders will be delivered in a maximum of 7 working days.

  • Generally, I am not at home for many hours during the day. How can I receive my order?

    We recommend that you provide as much information as possible about where and how we can best deliver your order and at what times we can reach you and when. Please, provide a phone number where you can be easily contacted in order to coordinate the delivery service. This allows us to offer you the most efficient the delivery service possible.

  • I'm never at home. Can I collect the order from an office?

    If you are never at home in hours that are compatible with our courier’s delivery schedules, we recommend that you ask to have your order delivered at your place of work, as it is not possible to collect the order from the courier’s offices.

  • What should I do if a bottle has broken?

    The packaging is designed to avoid breakages and our partners are well aware of the fragility of the product, but accidents can happen. 
     
    Please, check your order carefully when you receive it.
     
    The courier does not allow returning the product if the client has opened the parcel in their presence, but you can check it from the outside and in case you detect dampness in the box, please, do not accept the parcel. The courier will notify the incident to us and a new shipment will be sent to you immediately at no cost.

  • What should I do if my order is incomplete or does not match what I bought?

    If we made a mistake in preparing your order, just send an email to info@olisal.com including your contact details and your parcel will be replaced at no cost.

  • Can I collect the order at any store?

    Yes, you can pick it up in our store in Barcelona.
