Oil produced with Serrana de Espadán, a local variety from the province of Castellón, grown in an organic agriculture estate in the Natural Park Sierra de Espadán, within the D.O. Aceite de la Comunitat Valenciana. It is naturally decanted. Thanks to its smoothness, its sweetness and its aromas, this oil respects all other flavours, improving and enriching them at the same time.
Fruity oil with very intense aromas reminiscent of freshly cut grass, apples, kiwis and lemon. In the mouth, the notes of rosemary, walnuts and artichokes are noticed.
