This olive oil is produced within the municipality of Quel, in the D.O. Aceites de La Rioja, with the variety arbosana (a high quality variety from Catalonia) from superintensive crops, with a nearly immediate system of harvest and grinding.
It shows soft aromas of half green half ripe olives with dominance of the flavours of ripe fruit. In the background, nuances of fruits such as green almonds, fennel and artichokes are felt. In the mouth it is soft and its bitterness is balanced. A hint of green fruit is also displayed.
