Olive oil produced in the mill of Mendavia, Navarra. The olives used in its production are harvested at the end of October, depending on the variety and the veraison. Those that fall on the ground, hit or damaged are discarded. This oil is released to the market annually in a limited quantity. It is the result of a blend of arbequina, arroniz and empeltre olives from olive groves protected by the DO Aceite de Navarra.
Green yellowish colour, with a clean and intense aroma which stands out for its liveliness and its reminiscences of fresh green fruits. It shows notes of tomato, grass, artichokes, apples and a soft aroma of kiwi. In the mouth, its aromas get stronger and a medium bitterness is felt along with a late piquant touch.
