The Aragon Olive Cooperativefrom Valdealgorfa, in Teruel, composed by 93 partners with farms in this municipality, with 55,000 olive trees, many of them ancient, and first planted in Roman times. Assigned to the DO Aragon Oil produces oil empeltre variety, native of Aragon. It is black olive, very productive, early fruiting and you get an oil looks clean and smooth flavor.
Clean appearance, filtering, old gold color. Sweet and slightly spicy fragrance reminiscent of olive trees, with soft fruit intensity.
