Olive oil produced with argudell olives (a typical variety of the region of Empordá, Gerona), from olive trees aged of more than 2000 years, located within the municipality of Palau Saverdera. It is not filtered. It is part of the D.O. Aceites de l'Empordá.
Green yellowish colour. Oil with a marked personality, which stands out by the balance between its greenness, its bitterness, its sweetness and its piquant aromas.
