Protected under the DOP Terra Alta, this oil is of limited production, is made from the variety empeltre and due to their organoleptic characteristics, is classified by experts as unique in the world.
Gold color with aromas of ripe tomato and banana. In the mouth its exquisite delicacy and sweetness. Intense fruity, slightly bitter, balanced.
