From olives from the variety picuda, many from centenary trees and collected at their ripest.
Intense fruity, green olive with mature tones. In the nose reminiscent of apple, early almond, green grass. In the mouth, after a sweet entry with hints of tomato, ending in bitter progresses to more intense spicy. With great harmony and balance in all its nuances, highlights the final touch of spice.
