Produced by the family Montabes, oil tradition for generations, the owner of which is currently one of the largest producers of AOVE protected under guarantee of quality that means to belong to a Denomination of Origin, in this case the Sierra Magina Jaén. This enclave falls into the production area of the world's largest oil by volume and quality. The extension of the farm of the property Monva, SA is 850 ha, divided into 10 production sites. Monva has also been the pioneer in the implementation in Spain of drip irrigation. The fruit is picked at their peak of ripeness, washed clear of leaves and branches and cold milling before 4 hours of collection. Made with olives of the Picual variety and presented unfiltered.
Deep yellow-olive green color. Medium-high fruity green olive, intense aroma of leaf, branch and tomato with a touch of mint, fig and fresh wood. Very soft in mouth but with a strong character, good body, balanced bitterness, crisp itching and powerful fresh finishing . Slightly spicy and astringent aftertaste
