This oil, from the Designation of Origin Siurana, is produced in the village of Mont-roig del Camp (Tarragona) by first cold extraction exclusively with the variety arbequina, which is marked by its fruity aromas and its light touch of almonds.
This very balanced oil has its own profile. Its fruity notes provided by the green olives are clearly recognised both in the nose and in the mouth. In the nose, its aromas remind of green apple and herbs but at the same time, it leaves sweet and fresh fruity notes in the palate, along with nice light bitter hints.
