This oil, from the Designation of Origin Siurana, is produced in the village of Mont-roig del Camp (Tarragona) by first cold extraction exclusively with the variety arbequina, which is marked by its fruity aromas and its light touch of almonds.

Tasting report

Very balanced olive oil with its own profile. Green olive fruity, clearly noticeable both in the nose and in the mouth. In the nose, its aromas are reminiscent of green apples and grass and in the mouth it leaves a sweet and fresh fruity finish with a light and nice touch of bitterness.
