The special conditions of the Taberna desert, in Almeria, along with the four different varieties of the olive trees (picual, hojiblanca, lechín, arbequina) and their blends, are put together to produce an olive juice with an excellent aspect. It is elaborated with the most modern systems and with a strictly controlled organic production as to achieve the maximum purity. It has the guaranty of the Comité Andaluz de Agricultura Ecológica (Andalusian Committee for Organic Agriculture) with its control system C.E. ES-AN-AE. In addition, the olive oil mill's old facilities have been preserved and turn into a museum and a restaurant in which this oil is the main protagonist.

Powerful and wide aromas with notes of medium ripe tomatoes, green apple and bananas, enriched with notes of black pepper, sage and basil.
