Estate located between the villages of Garriguella and Peralada, in the region of Empordà (Gerona), between the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees, combed by the Northern Wind known as Tramontana. This is a single estate oil, elaborated by a sole family with olives harvested at their optimal ripeness. It is made of the following varieties: picual (which is typical from Andalusia and makes it well bodied), argudell (which is native from the Empordà and provides it with its fruity character), and frantoio (an Italian variety which provides it with a good quality and freshness). This high standard olive oil made of a unique blend can be found in the best gourmet boutiques in the USA.
Tasting report
Fruity olive oil with green notes. In the mouth, very balanced light bitter and piquant touches take centre stage.
