OIiva Extra Virgin Oil Blend (Blend), comes from several varieties of olivesin which predominates the Picual variety complemented with other varieties such as Picuda, Hojiblanca and Arbequina. All fruits are picked at their optimum ripening and the oil is extracted in cold (25 º) by mechanical procedures, following a rigorous quality control throughout the process obtaining a high quality gourmet oil.
Oil specially fruity and green. When passing through the mouth is moderately bitter and spicy. Because of the different varieties of olives it has aromas of green apple, fresh cut grass, banana as well as almonds and tomatoes.
