Oil produced by the family Bonilla Rojas, established in Jaén from the 16th century. After a very careful farming in the olive groves, they conduct a craft production, which guarantees that each 500 ml bottle contains 667 olives of the varieties royal and picual, exclusively selected, manually harvested at the optimal ripeness and immediately grinded. This oil is presented in a bottle with a 360º silk screen printing in gold, with 97 ornamental images linked to real objects from the family's country house.
Green yellowish colour. It has a medium intensity ripe fruity reminiscent of olives and fruit salad with light touches of apple, green grass, almonds and tomatoes. In the palate, it leaves a final sweet aroma that stands over the piquant and bitter notes, as a result of the wise combination of varieties used in its elaboration.
