Oil produced by a family company located in Sierra Mágina, in the province of Jaén, at 1000 m altitude, under exceptionally strict production rules. Picual olives used in its production are ground very short after their harvest in the olive groves.
It shows greenish colours and fresh and fragrant fruity aromas. A light bitterness dominates the palate along with intense aromas of olives that leave a delicious, lingering aftertaste.
