En La Mancha, en una finca con terreno calizo está este olivar de más de 400 años y 90 ha. de cornicabra, arbequina y picual. Después de varios ensayos de molturación se recoge cada variedad en su momento óptimo,en régimen de secano y con producciones inferiores a 20 kg por árbol. La disposición de los árboles en tres troncos a 120º favorece la aireación y permite un soleado homogéneo. Las aceitunas se recogen por el sistema de lienzo y antes de 8 horas se molturan. La decantación natural proporciona a este aceite su brillo y transparencia característicos y su color es verde con reflejos dorados. El envasado opaco, en lata o vidrio tintado, preservan al máximo la calidad del producto.
