Oil elaborated and bottled at the family Falco's property in the province of Toledo. This producer is one of the founding members of the association Grandes Pagos de Olivar, which gathers a select number of single estate olive oil producers, what is to say, oils from a sole olive grove elaborated by its owners exclusively. This oil is a blend that changes year after year in order to achieve the best quality. That is the reason why the variety cornicabra is sometimes replaced by manzanilla cacereña, while arbequina and picual are always present. Each of these varieties is harvested at its optimal maturity and is immediately brought to the mill so as to be selected and pressed.
Clean and bright golden yellow colour. In the nose, it shows and intense fruity, with clean and fresh aromas reminiscent of tomato plants, freshly cut grass, artichokes and green almonds. It has a medium bitterness and a light piquant taste.
