Elaborated since 1974 in Vallbona of les Monges, Lleida, on a small farm of 17 hectares of Arbequina olives. Harvesting is done manually at the end of November, when the fruits are at their optimum stage of maturity. They are stored in boxes of 12 Kg and pressed in the same cooperative. Once the campaign is over,, the oil is kept in stainless steel tanks, no air, and packed on demand. All bottles are numbered
