Young family olive oil's mill located in Yecla (Murcia), at an altitude of 600-800 m over the sea level, in a continental climate with cold winter and low rain and warm summers. The soils in which the olive trees are grown are poor and limy. All Deortegas oils are the result of organic farming, which guaranties that no kind of pesticides or unhealthy harmful components are used. The olives are manually harvested, never from the ground, and transported in cases. Once cleaned and after removing leaves and branches, its juice is extracted within the 24 hours after the harvest. It is made of the varieties arbequina, picual, hojiblanca and cornicabra.
An explosion of aromas. It is clean and intense but very balanced. It stands out for its Green Fruity, its notes of green tomatoes, banana and herbs. In the mouth, the same aromas are felt along with a certain bitterness and a medium piquant touch.
