Since 1932 Noguero Oils is dedicated in the production of olive oil, for this we have the variety "Empeltre" broad-leaved and dark green, it is the emblem olive of the area and its soft and gentle fruit with the "Arbequina" that gives "body", you get a juice with a few shades that play with yellowish green and dense appearance but clean and with a special sweet and fruity taste. Also in the region have the local variety "Verdena" proper to the top of Somontano.
Its scent is very similar to the fruit freshly picked, ripe or green. The bitterness and itching are positive attributes of the oil, indicating its high content in polyphenols, which give stability. The attributes that profile their characteristics (fruity, sweet, bitter, spicy, nutty aftertaste, apple, green grass or green leaf) reveal the complexity of sensations that awaken in smelling and in the mouth these exceptional oils.
