Oil produced in the area of Siurana, with the variety arbequina, from olives harvested manually at their optimal ripeness. It is named after one of the oil making traditions, "hacer la rosta", or what is the same, to prepare some bread toasted on the fire with novel, dense, non-filtered oil from the mill and salt. The harvest takes place from the end of October to the end of November.
Fruity and elegant oil, with a high concentration of aromas reminiscent of apples and almonds specially. In the mouth, this is a delicate oil with a long and balanced finish.
